I think I know what you mean. An uninstall file is just that, Do you still have the program installed, If You deleted the uninstall, might have problems if you did decide to uninstall. You can some times open the files in notepad, to see what the program is. If program deleted/uninstalled in the past, safe to delete, if still using program, best to leave. Not always needed, BUT
