can not record anything at all keeps saying recording failed also when green light on red light also on but not recording any suggestions please

I do not recognise the make and model of your recorder.

You could try the same fix as with the Humax 9150T which can suffer from the same symptoms.

hi linda you have to switch your box of unplug it let it cool down then put back on if you have recorde you will need to delet some
