i have a 8 kw, stove, and i have tiled aroud the smoke flue out pipe, and it gets very hot , i used normal wall tile cement, , you can use ( floor tile cement) if you want, its sets very fast, and cost more, but its good stuff, , rember that tiles are made in very hot ovens, you should be ok with any of the tiles cement, if its floor cement, you can light the fire in about one day after working with it,, if its wall it might take a day or two to dry,,
