Hi guys I have the same issue, solenoid works but water comes in slowly suspect the solenoid isn't opening fully the machine times out and drains . another forum had a similar problem and replaced the solenoid unit

You say you can hear water running but not filling. It is possible the diaphram has split inside the inlet valve. You could try and turn the water off and then start a cycle. Once the cycle stars turn the water back on very slowly the machine might start to fill. This is not a repair or fix but might narrow the fault down to the inlet valve.

their is a solenoid valve located just where the inlet water line goes into washer with a filter between line and valve remove inlet pipe and clean filter if filter is clean you must check valve this work like a electrical tap as soon as power is supplied it must open and let water thru if you carefull you can put direct power on to see if it opens good luck and be carefull
