finding fault with grant combi 26e?

burner motor runs, it will lockout in 12 seconds the ignition sparks but will not ignite. checked oil to buner seams ok. Is it solenoid, photocell, or control box.

did not work changed nozzle and solenoid still no fuel coming through? stuck for ideas now?
