ive the child lock stuck on the vcr/dvd plaver make pdv560vr i have tried pressing the vcr button then the child lock but nothing is happening this is really frustrating me can someone please help me before i go mad, many thanx if you are able to help can you either answer back asap many thanx

would help if you told us the make I think it's a pye or philips if so the remote control has a button with a picture of a key by or on it hold that button down for several secconds.
