Hi,

Have a diplomat dishwasher- however when washing, the machine isnt taking the tablet out of the detergent dispenser and is essentially just washing with water and so not doing a very good job! Thought i may be using old tablets but have tried new ones and still the same problem!
any ideas/ solutions?

check the holes in the ends of the top spray arm aren't blocked
