Why is my A/C not cooling?

My thermostat is set at 75 and the temperature has been 80 for a couple hours now. Am I losing coolant? Bad compressoir?

Change your filter inside and clean your outside condenser unit all around the coils not just one side. Use low pressure spray. Too much will bend your condenser fins. UNHOOK POWER FROM THE JUNCTION BOX OUTSIDE BEFORE SPRAYING IT!
