halsted boiler problem?

i have a halsted ace he 30 combi boiler.
when i turn on the hot water,the rads warm up,although i have only select dhw,no fault codes.
ideas please.

the divertor valve in the boiler is stuck in the heating position, call out an engineer, its not a diy job
