changing Tizio Classic Desk lamp Halogen Bulb?

My halogen bulb in my Tizio Classic Desk lamp has burned out. I have tried to take the old bulb out but it won't budge. I am afraid to force it as it may break. Is there some kind of trick to getting it out?
