Our next door's oil fired boiler is giving off really noxious fumes. It has been getting steadily worse, and now is entering our bedroom and bathroom, via vents. These are the two closest rooms to the outlet, but the smell is now beginning to pervade the house when doors and windows are opened. Are these fumes dangerous?
