my bissell isn't spraying water. I'll fill the bladder and start using it. It will run ok for a while, then it just stops spraying the water. The bladder isn't empty. I've checked the seals and they seem ok. As far as I can tell the sprayers aren't clogged. I've made sure its seated correctly.I'm at a loss. It's a Bissell power steam power brush. Thank-you
