My Ferroli Boiler is not giving constant hot water?

Hi,
I hope someone can help!! When trying to run a bath I am not receiving a constant supply of hot water. The water begins hot and then continues to fluxuate between hot and cold (the cold water being the dominant) which leaves me with a cold bath!!! Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated

External to your boiler, situated below it and set back, will be 5 pipes which give gas, water etc to allow the boiler to function.

On one pipe will be a small black plastic tap, which allows water into the system to increase pressure.

On the main boiler panel which shows if the heating is on and where the ON, OFF, RESET switch is, there will be a dial to the right which is your pressure gauge. The word BAR should be in the middle of the dial.

Simply turn on the black tap mentioned before (only needs half a turn, its not like sink tap) and the needle on the pressure dial should go up from where it is (I assume it is below 1 right now). It may take about ten seconds for the needle to get to the number 2. When it is here turn the tap off and you should have normal pressure again. It doesnt need to go past the number 2 to operate so make sure you turn the tap off when it gets to there.

My hot water did the same but now is completely cold and I've now got no CH either, probably both due to low water pressure. Replies seem to be very technical and not a lot of help to the likes of non-plumbing souls like me. My question would be how is it possible to get water pressure higher, explained in laywoman's terms. I hope your problem has been rectified. I have no love of combi boilers and this experience has not changed that.
