the hot water isnt getting very hot even though the thermostat is turned up full and at the same time the radiators are getting warm even though the heating side is off could this be a diaphram perished or a diverter valve

Having the same symptoms with baxi 105e. See baxi hw not 100%

Replaced the hw diaphragm a couple of years ago so think unlikely to be that.
Can see two push rods operating micro switches so assume diverter valve not quite closing.
If you get any info please let me know.
