Faulty Dimplex heater?

Hi i have a Dimplex CLB20R Series E electric fire and the flame effect wont switch on either by the manual switch or the remote control. The small light in the corner comes on when you try the remote but wont fire up the flames.

Assuming that you have changed the lamps which you have not mentioned the pcb will have failed part No FP08004
