Dimplex X1S no heat being generated?
My Dimplex X1S will respond to the remote by turning on the flame effect, but when the remote is clicked to turn on the heat and fan, nothing changes, ie no fan and no heat. Any answers please? The fire is less than 2 years old and has hardly been used.
