why does my dimplex cht20 keep blowing bulbs every 6 weeks or so??

at my wits end trying to figure out why this keeps happening. its the one and only fault i hve with it. i have it about 4yrs now. would it have anything to do with the vibration of the fan, eg. interferring with the bulbs??

It could be the quality of the lamps or it could be the voltage,but I have found that 9 watt spiral fluorescent lamps from B&Q work just fine and they last years will save money and you will hardly notice the difference.The product code is EAN: 5052931088454
