I hear the wind whistling from inside ?

I recently finished a home from new construction. The houses next to me are 10-15 ft away from me and about a floor lower than mine. We have 6 foot PVC gates around the perimeter of our home. It's like a wind tunnel in my hard and driveway (60x100 lot). Whenever it's windy we hear the wind whistling from the inside. Kinda of scary and screepy. Why is this? Could it be the windows?

Normall, a small hole in the sealant used to bond and seal the window to the substrate can cause this. If the silicone has a small split, hole etc the wind funnels in and gives you the "bagpipe effect" Check all round and fill in any hole, however insignificant, with a low modulus silicone in the appropriate colour
