How to fix a Bosch 1200 Classixx Express that does not let water in?

My Bosch 1200 Classixx Express is not letting water in. it just open and close the valves so quick that it spits water in the washing drum... WHAT IS THE PROBLEM HERE AND HOW DO i SOLVE IT.
