Display and fan not working on Dimplex X1s?

There is no display or fan working on my Dimplex X1s, have been told I need a base assembly FP07007 £87.00 is this correct?

Its more likely to be the PCB that needs replacing FP06008 £32.62 +VAT

£87 is in the right ball park - I've seen it for about £84 inc VAT - carriage free.
