WE HAVE A VALIANT COMBI BOILER?

LATELY THE RADIATORS HAVE NOT BEEN GETTING FULLY WARM
TODAY THE HOT WATER IS NOT WORKING WE HAVE AN ERROR CODE F10 ON THE SCREEN. WE DO NOT HAVE A MANUAL AS THIS WAS INSTALLED UNDER A GOVET SCHEME AS MY HUSBAND IS DISABLED ANY ONE GOT ANY IDEAS WHAT COULD BE WRONG

f10 is usally a ntc problem,to do with a thermistor, you will need an engineer to do a test to check them.
