simpson enduro 7.5kg top loader washing machine wont agitate ?

my simpson wont agitate while washing or spinning it wants to but doesn't move...

Is there a reset button on the model 157S22 if so where is it???? please help :-(

There is no reset button. Your question is a bit hard to understand. You say it won't agitate while spinning. It is not supposed to. Only agitates during wash cycle. You will have to describe exactly what happens and if there is any sounds at all.
