Translating your question into English, I THINK your problem is that the TV is showing a blank screen with just the message "Do not Power of during scanning"
(PLease note: YOU may understand what you are talking about but those of us with no foreknowledge need you to communicate efffectively. Please try to use English properly.)
It took me all of 2 minutes with a Google search to find this page which should tell you howoto fix it - go to the last post or two

It says:
While TV switched OFF, unplug the aerial.
Switch TV ON, replug aerial.
Select MENU, reset Menu
Select MENU, reset TV channels (carry out rescan of all channels)

If so, its proabbly time fo ra new TV unless you are prepared to get an education in basic electronics.
