How can I fix my DiplomatADP8322?

Diplomat ADP8322. The first sign of a problem was mid-cycle when, at what seemed like the end of the program, it was making a noises like it was continuously trying to empty... it did this many times over before then making loud clicking noises. When opening the door it looked like the dishes had been cleaned ok. All of the 4x lights are permanently on (no flashing lights as mentioned in some of the other questions featured). Switching off the power makes no difference... all lights still on and they can't be altered by pressing any of the buttons. I've removed the hose and checked there was no blockage. There is clean water sitting in the bottom sump. If I press the on button and shut the door the machine will start up and pushes water (several litres +) out of the outlet pipe.
