how can I fix a toshiba DVD/R-VCR Combi model DVR202KB?

The above machine was repaired whilst within guarantee. The exolanation was (PSU NLA_ fitted PSU components part DVR 20KB Diode kit. We have the same problem now -how can I find someone to fix it or obtain this part to see if is a recurring fault.

These machines convert analogue to digital integrally, so they are very expensive, even second hand. We do have other VHS recorder's and players, but need a top box with them. Thanks for the answer

I'd advise you to write the machine off as specialist repairs would be far more expensive than its worth and I doubt the parts would be available now.
You should consider buying a new DVD player which are dirt cheap these days and source a second hand VCR player from ebay if you still want to watch VHS tapes.
You may also be able to find a second hand version of your machine, in working order, if you are especially fond of that one!
