alba tv/dvd model lcd19Advd 1063694 sn6600247001057 when you switch on greenlight keeps flashing and tv will not fire up i am led to believe it could be a capacitor local to the mains input i have it to pieces and i cannot see any thing wrong with the capacitors please could you help
