how can i change the door seal in a servis m3510 washing machine?

i recently broke the door on my servis washing machine m3510w, i have replaced it but it still leaks, i have bought a new door seal but cannot get the old one out.

thankyou but its definitely the seal as there are pieces missing and i just cant remove it to put the new one in!

hi if its dribbling down the bottom of the door its possible the door hinge is bent
