How can I fix my Casio Exilim Z-70 Digital Camera?

My camera seems to be working normally other than the fact that the pictures I take have lines through them?

look into the lens as you take a photo, if you dont see the shutter close then it is stuck.

usually sand does this.

you can remove the back off the lens unit and gently blow it out with an air compressor.
