How can i fix my top load Kenmore jumps all over the floor when spinning?

I have secured the floor so it is solid and I replaced the back legs. It is level according to the couple of levels I have tried. I even tried placing rubber grips under the legs so it won't move. Nothing works.

I just found out it could be a part called a snubber. Hopefully this will help others who have the same problem.
