Iám the owner of an imate K-Jam from argentina. In my country there isn´t any customer service for this kind of devices and I have my ear speaker broken. I reach for a technician who managed to get the speaker replace but it didn´t work either. Can you give me some advice for make it work again?

The reason I´ve contact you is because the shipment cost to repair it in other country is to high from this part of the world and I´m not prepaired to let it go yet.

Pablo, I also have a problem with my K-Jam in Bs.As.: The USB Connection is loose and I can´t charge it internally (I´m using a universal charger directly with the battery) nor sync with a cable.
