IMP-65 Error 41?

Hi

I keep getting Error 41. Songs start for a few seconds then stops, also LCD chararcters are corrupted. I have not deleted MICIN.DIR, but i cant find the WMPinfo file? i don`t recall deleting it.
Any help much appreciated
