worcester 280 combi boiler lcd timer?

Hi my Worcester combi boiler has a lcd timer, when the electric trips in home(token meter) we have to re-set the clock and programme settings, is there a back up battery on the timer which has gone flat or is that just how it is?, If there is a battery is it simple to change?.

Hi - I have the same problem.
How did you fix it?
There must be a battery on the programmer board somewhere.
Even if it has to be soldered!

new clock required you cant change the battery the best way 2 get over this problem is 2 keep money on the meter
