Insert memory into an advent 7012?

I want to upgrade my laptop's memory, and I'm not sure how to remove the keyboard exactly. Do I take off the keys or what?!

Thanks :)

the keybaord on laptops is attached by a delicate ribbon cable, when removeing the keybaord, be gentle, as if this ribbon cable is damaged it does mean a new keybaord.

At the bottom of the keyboard (ie the end that is close to the mouse pad) there are three push in clips. The first is between the FN and the Ctrl key, the 2nd is at the bottom of the alt Gr key and the third is near the down arrow (these are at the bottom near the silver case) Press them in and the keyboard will lift! It's really quite easy!!!! :)
