The pressure bar is to high, how can I get the pressure back down?

The pressure is to high and causing lots of water to pour out of the pipe outside(The over flow pipe, I think), How do I get the pressure back down and stop the water pouring out.
It is a Glowworm Compact Electronic.

Just turn the relief valve behind the ignition switch (it will return witha click) and yes make sure that the loop refill is turned off after checking the Bar is at the correct setting........

First check that the filling loop is not open thus constantly increasing the pressure. Then bleed any radiator off until the pressure is steady at 1.5. Then remove the filling loop altogether.

Sounds like your filling loop is passing, (Constantly filling) Dis-connect it, (It should be any way and capped )
