Mp4 permanent blue screen?

Every time you turn it on it has a permanent blue screen it is a nano cloned mp4 the chipset is ATJ2093H there is also another large chip located above that saying

where is a good place to get a repair done on a 4G mp4 player... my screen works fine picture wise and the buttons/ touch screen doesnt work... can somone help... i've look in so many places but cant find anyone that is willing to fix the problem.... thanx

The Samsung chip is the flash memory and nothing to do with the firmware. The mother board will have a processor usually square in shape containing the firmware. It may be a rockchip unit or similar and the details may be covered over by a label. remove carefully.
