How can i fix my digital camera dropped in the sea?

camera (olympus FE-190) was dropped in the sea, now it won't turn on despite drying out for a number of days. Is there any way to fix it?

Cameras/mobile telephones etc do not like water, sea or other!!! I guess it's time to find a replacement, I'm afraid: any insurance, household or otherwise you could claim from???
