How can I fix Mitsubishi Diamond Pro 930SB white line across screen?

I have 2 Diamond Pro 930SB monitors and intermittantly the screen blacks out leaving only horizontal line remaining in middle of the screen. This originally happened on only one monitor but now happens on both. I've changed the Video Card but there was no change. The monitor either comes back on by itself or after resting for a while will come back. Very annoying and can't work if my primary screen goes down. Can this be fixed (preferably by me) or do I have to replace monitors. NEC was of no help

Yes i had the same problem, i sent the screen to service center, they fixed it. (about 2 years ago)

Now it happened again, called to service center, my screen is not under 3 years warranty anymore. So the service guy told me.. thet this is an usual probleme with these monitors, and that he will send me instructions how to repait screen by myself. im not good at tech englishj.. so the problem is with some connection. it should be easy to mend.. but i cannot describe in english.. so try to call some service guy and maybe ask him for help..

I have the same problem with my screen. I have the same monitor too. It happened very seldomly at first, but now it is almost impossible to use to computer due to that bright line
