Chain saw: chain oil leak Poulan 2150, 2.1ci, 36cc?

chain oil leak on Poulan 2150, 2.1ci, 36cc, (automatic oiler) oil oozing out from under cover, instead of properly oiling blade/chain.

remove bar and chain cover, carefully remove silver bar plate, degrease area, pull the white nylon elbow out and clean that and the rubber gasket it came out of. use a silicon gasket maker(permatex), apply a bead around the nipple of the elbow, push back in place, apply more silicon on top and fill in that whole area up to the black block.. do not get any glue near the top of the black block...that is where the oil is supposed to come out to lube the chain...fill flush to plastic housing...wait 24 hours to cure, then re-install everything...hope this works..did for me...
