Servis Easilogic - belt keeps coming off?

I have a Servis Easilogic front loader washing machine. The drive belt wont stay on. I can't see anything obvious to adjust tension for example, the belt looks in good condition, and the drum turns by hand. The drive arm of the motor looks as if it is at a slight angle - this could be my eyes, or could it have got bent?

The washer is only about 5 years old and doesn't get much use

thanks
