i have a kenmore mod# 110.23812100 serial# cp0148119 ; it washes the clothes but does not work on spin, sounds like motor or belt is broke. just won't spin. my clothes are soaking wet. help

i have the same washer and it does the same thing i turned it over and found a plastic piece broken between the electric motor and the gears box

Waher will agitate the clothes but won't spin? Do you hear any noises when its supposed to be spinning?
