You will be using some software which blocks popup windows. This could either be your Firewall (e.g, Zone Alarm and other products will block popup Ads) or your Internet Browser software.
So, the first thing you need to check is which product is blocking popups. Once you have found this you will need to check the help files to understand the controls you have.
You may not realise how many popup windows are being blocked for you and so I suggest that you don't turn the blocking off. Your product will probably let you allow popup windows from certain websites. You should set your product to allow popup windows from the website you are trying to use.
