Worcester 24i pressure release leak?

My boiler has a constant drip from the pressure release valve which stops when I turn on the hot water. The pressure guage on boiler is constantly showing 3 bar even with the drip. I've already checked the pressure in the expansion chamber.

Any ideas?
Thanks

Just an update, it was the water to water exchanger, thanks for the answer, it helped us look in the right places.

Thanks for your answer :) The pressure reading in the vessel is 1.5 bar.

Sounds like it is a split heat exchanger :(

and what is the pressure reading in the vessel ?

check your filling device is shut it may be faulty or not shut fully letting mains water by.

if vessel is ok and your filling device is ok it's your dhw heat exchanger split and leaking mains water across to your primary side.
