How to repressure a Saunier Duval SD623 Combi Boiler?

My sister-in-law has a Saunier Duval SD623 Combi Boiler and only now getting luke warm water from the hot taps. The pressure bar is on 0 instead of 1 so I guess it needs re-pressure. I am several miles from her so would apprecaite anyone who knows which valve/tap/switch to press on this model of boiler so I can talk her through it on the phone?

She mentioned taps with 'Panda' on labels but turning them slowly has not helped. We stopped and re-started the boiler also but pressure guage still reads 0.

Appreciate any help please?

There will be a 'filling loop' below the boiler (it will probbly be a stainless steel braided pipe). This spans between the cold water supply from the house, and one of the pipes that is part of the heating circuit.

There should be a valve on this loop. either a hand turn one, or one with a screw slot in the side. turn to open, yo will hear the sound of rushing water (rushing into the heating circuit and thus pressurising the system). do this until the pressure reads 1bar, close valve to stop pressurising, and enjoy.
