pressurising a SIME Super 90 boiler?

I have just switched on the boiler for the first time. I have bled one of the top two radiators until the air stopped coming through but the water has not spirted through yet and the other radiator needs to be bled too but there is no more air flowing. Have checked the boiler and the pressure is right down. Am I right to assume water needs to be let in to the system to get the pressure back up and allow me to bleed the last radiator? Having looked at the boiler I can't see how to do this?

Yes!

look under boiler at pipework, find cold inlet and look for a tap with a flexible hose.

Use tap/s to pressurize to 1.5 bar, recheck after bleeding air from rads.
