How can I fix my Stelrad Ideal Classic Boiler-heating problem?

Why does my boiler ignite when water heater is selected and fails to ignite when central heating is selected?

I have followed the re-ignite instructions several times without any success.

I've had a similar problem before, i had to replace the PCB in the end, a relay had burnt out on it (which is the relay for central heating). Replacing the board resolved the problem in the end. Hope this helps.
