i have an mp3 player and i had 52% taken up with songs,now i have no songs on it but the space is still taken up i have read the manual and i cannot take it back to the shop because i didnt buy it from one please help me

if u go into a memory info you should also be able to reset it

if you connect it to your computer and open the file and then go to troubleshooting and type in disc clean up that should do it
