how to install my scanner?

the installation box has come up but everytime i press the OK button it says CANNOT INSTALL THIS HARDWARE im not really good at computers anyway.So what should i press and the scanner will install

You have to insert the driver CD that came with it.

Follow the instructions that pop up when you insert the CD. Install drivers / Next... etc.,,

You need to disconnect the scanner, and only re-connect and switch it on after this disk is in...
