How do I wire up extractor fan?

I have a extractor fan with two wires(live & neutral) which I need to wire to a socket with three wires(live, neutral & earth)how do I do it. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank You.

This needs to be connected through a "switched fused outlet" so that the fan is protected by it's own fuse and not relying on the circuit fuse of the power outlet. Did the fan not come with a wiring installation diagram?
