1.type in 'utorrent' in google and download the utorrent program.
2. Install utorrent
3.go back to the internet and type "torrentz" (without the quotation marks)
4.type in what you are looking for ... ie. "windows 2000" and press 'enter'
5. from here, you'll get a whole list of answers....click on an answer
6. it will show the names of a few places to get the torrent file (which is basically a message that is sent out to allow your new utorrent file to go get what you are after). the places are like "torrent reactor", or "sumo torrent" ... click on one
7. look for anywhere on the page where it will say "Download Torrent"
8. utorrent will now download the file from all over the world ... it will notify you when it's finished.

Torrents are basically a way to share info from one person to another ... they are good but not completely safe. Before downloading any torrent, read the ratings about it first - people will review it and tell you if it has a virus on it first. I claim no responsibility for anything that happens to your PC ... that aside, torrents are the best way to find an old program like Windows 2000 ... it may or may not be there but all that stuff is free.

Personally, I think having a genuine Windows disc is better ... it's probably the only program I'd actually want to buy.
