help!my computer doesnt recocgnise my inovix mp3 player is there!?

i bought an inovix mp3 player from tesco a while ago, and it seemed to be working fine. Then it just stopped. now it wont turn on, and my pc cant see it. What can i do?

Hi Dave.
I would try uninstalling the MP3 driver then re-install it.
Re-start Windows then plug in your MP3.
Might work as it did for me.
